Practice/HR Manager

My client, an Animal Care Excellence Hospital is seeking a dynamic Practice/HR Manager with a passion for both veterinary care and human resources. Join our dedicated team in ensuring optimal patient care while fostering a positive work environment for our staff.
Primary
Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
– Collaborate with veterinary professionals to address practice-specific needs and challenges.
– Handle HR duties including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and conflict resolution.
– Develop and implement training programs tailored for veterinary staff.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to both veterinary care and employment.
– Cultivate a positive workplace culture that prioritizes both animal care and employee well-being.
Qualifications:
– Prior experience in a veterinary setting (clinical or administrative) is a must.
– Proven experience in a managerial or HR role (preferable)
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with grace.
– A deep understanding of the challenges and needs specific to a veterinary practice.
– Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, HR, Veterinary Science or related field is a plus.
