Job Summary
Our client based in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal , is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Parts Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing accounts. Key
Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the commercial sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular sales calls and client visits to promote our range of automotive parts and accessories. Provide expert advice on product selection, availability, and pricing to commercial clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and meet sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the Parts Manager and other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order processing. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance and market conditions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive parts sales, preferably within the commercial sector. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or automotive technology preferred.
