Job Summary
Position: Workshop Co-Ordinator Location: Port Elizabeth Role Summary The Workshop Coordinator provides administrative and support services to facilitate the functionality and operation of the workshop and the fleet Minimum Qualification Criteria: Matric Diploma/Certificate in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain would be advantageous 3-4 years related experience. Responsibilities:
Administer new drivers and leavers. Keep the fleet database up to date. Provide administrative support to customers and drivers Administer fuel cards and driver fines. Ensure all drivers receive relevant where necessary training. Manage the telematics system, driver aps, fuel cards, tolls etc. Assess vehicles for damage during the return process, accurately recording/photographing all damage, we would need to provide evidence should an invoice come through for damages. Get the vehicle repaired & in good condition prior to hiring it out again Allocation of vehicles to workshop for service, maintenance and hire preparation (monitor and progress vehicles through the preparation and /or refurbishment cycle) Audit – continual assessment of vehicles ensuring that current system status is accurate and reviewing with line managers
