Job Summary

5 YEAR CONTRACT Seeking a strategic thinker CEO to join the team! As our Director of Strategic Planning, you will report directly to the Board of Directors and drive the implementation of short and long-term objectives to achieve the company`s vision and mission. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of developing successful business strategies and tactical plans. You will lead a team of professionals, including an executive team, a technical team, and a non-technical team. Building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders will be a crucial part of this role. Our ideal candidate has a post-graduate qualification in transport management, planning, economics, engineering, business management or equivalent, along with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Chief Executive Officer or a Leader operating in a strategic position. In addition to extensive knowledge of relevant transport-related policies, legislations, and regulations, our ideal candidate has experience in managing Senior Managers in diverse business functions such as business strategy, human capital, operation legal & compliance, finance, research and development, marketing and communication, and information technology. Excellent communication skills are a must, including superior report writing and presentation skills. An appreciation for public transport operations, including the Taxi industry, is also required. Computer literacy in PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook is a must.
