Duties and Responsibilities Hire, train, and manage a marketing team Cultivate relationships with vendors and partners Develop marketing plans and campaigns; manage the execution Collaborate with other departments to uphold and promote company goals Plan and follow marketing budget Analyze market trends and success of marketing campaigns; create reports and implement improvements as needed Implement marketing strategies across a variety of media platforms Requirements and Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Or Communications Master`s degree in relevant field a plus Experience in community building and/or brand ambassador marketing Successful tenure as a chief marketing officer or other relevant roles Aptitude for the strategic development of business and marketing plans Proven ability to use both traditional and digital marketing techniques in integrated and aligned campaigns Proficient in MS Office and CRM business software Excellent written and verbal communication skills
