Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities Oversees the logistics of the inbound warehouse (manages the receiving process, manages the inventory, manages staff, and quality control) Review and prepare workflow, manning and schedule and assign duties Manage, coach, train, support and evaluate performance of staff Develop warehouse systems (storing, equipment utilization, inventory management and gate processes) Ensure weighbridge is fully operational and scale giving accurate Verify quantity correspond to PO Manage logistics utilized to transport products to internal customers Manage Stock Control and reconcile with ERP system (cycle, year-end and audits) Ensure adherence to HSE procedures and housekeeping standards. Manage all cycle counts and on a daily basis and report back to Group logistics manager Inspect quality of goods to ensure the materials meet the required quality Manage RTV process by accepting or rejecting incoming goods Label, document, track and manage inventory
Requirements:
MS Office Advanced (MS Excel essential) and, WMS Well developed interpersonal communication skills Strong leadership / management skills Min. 2 years Syspro exposure (ERP system) Warehouse Management System WMS Planning, organizing and administrative skills Systems and deadline driven Adaptability. Ability to work under pressure Strong analytical fault-finding skills and problem-solving skills Experience: 3 – 5 Years Management / Supervisory experience in inbound logistics / supply chain environment Min 5 years experience in a warehouse / logistics environment Experience in Automotive Supply Chain Management preferable
