Description:
Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Engineer Civils Supervisor to join our client`s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards, and managing a team of engineers and technicians. Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee civil engineering activities on site
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables
- Review and approve engineering designs and technical documentation
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Participate in project meetings, site inspections, and audits
- Prepare regular progress reports and participate in project reviews
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civil Engineer or Civils Supervisor
- Bachelor`s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and project management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with construction software and design tools
- Flexibility to travel and work on-site as needed
