Job Summary
Position: Master Data Administration Officer
Hire Resolves client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Master Data Administration Officer to join their team in Rustenburg, North West. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation`s master data records, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems and databases.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain master data records in various databases and systems.
- Perform data cleansing and de-duplication activities to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users on data management best practices.
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics and KPIs.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends in master data management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in master data management or data administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data management tools and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
- Certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
