Job Summary

Our Client an International Tech Giant is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The incumbent will be working remotely alongside UK Teams. Our client is seeking a Senior Level candidate that is strong in project planning, project management and transition management. Note is a challenging and high pressure yet extremely rewarding environment. Responsibilities The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and SAFe principles. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, removing impediments, and facilitating communication between teams At least 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Project manager Experience in managing multiple Agile teams, preferably within a SAFe Agile Release Train Sound knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and SAFe principles. Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Experience in facilitating PI Planning and helping teams create PI Objectives would be advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Experience working with teams developing APIs would be advantageous Facilitate team events such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Encourage team collaboration and communication, help resolve conflicts and remove impediments. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams and train them to adapt to changing requirements Ensure the team follows the SAFe principles, and Agile values to deliver high-quality products on time Track team performance metrics and identify areas of improvement Work with Product Owners to refine and prioritise the product backlog Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field required At least 5 years of software development experience, preferably in Agile methodology and/or Scrum methodology preferred. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Bamboo, Asana, Basecamp; experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Lean is preferred. At least 3 years experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified SAFe 5.0 Scrum Master (SSM) certification
