Job Summary
Our client has an opportunity available for a Contracts Coordinator based in Rivonia.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant diploma or degree in Operations Management or equivalent.
- Paralegal certificate would be advantageous.
- 2+ years supervisory level experience.
Responsibilities:
- Actively monitor, observe, and track key contracts deliverables.
- Ensure the monthly submission of reports.
- Generate formal and ad hoc reports by completing report templates and responding to specific request.
- Respond to client queries in a timely manner.
- Provide regular updates to the client on corrective actions where applicable.
- Give feedback on performance to team members.
- Manage conflict between team members.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Keep up breast of changes in a role to be able to manage the impact of those changes.
- Flag and debate issues constructively.
