Job Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant who will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the safe and efficient handling of goods. Must have attention to detail, physical stamina, and ability to manage inventory and process orders accurately to ensure that goods are handled and delivered correctly. What you’ll do: Minimum two years of experience working in a warehouse environment. Minimum two years working with Excel and performing accurate reporting. Minimum two years of experience working in an IT environment, which includes using a ticket system. Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to detail. The ability to research and analyse data with close attention to detail. SAP experience will be beneficial. Your expertise: Previous warehouse experience is essential. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential. Qualifications: Qualifications required: Grade 12 Soft Skills ITIL 4 Foundation Qualifications preferred: Administration Certification Data Analytics Excel Qualification Other information applicable to the opportunity: Permanent Position Location: Sasolburg Work environment: Onsite (Office Bound) Physical Demands: Sitting, standing, walking and lifting Travel: Travel is required upon request.
