Job Summary

Job & Company Description: The Senior Director will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with organizations of all sizes is the SSA region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and have a good understanding of the SSA business landscape. The Senior Director will report directly to the SD, head of Fintech SSA and other key stakeholders. You will work closely with the companys marketing, legal, and finance teams to develop partnership agreements which are typically highly complex. Identify and develop strategic partnerships to increase market share in the SSA region. Identifying businesses needs in the region and aligning them with our product solutions. Prepare and negotiate proposals by working with closely with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute a fintech sales model. Work with the head of fintech to develop tailored strategies to increase market share. Identify and solve complex problems that may impact the brand and reputation of the company. Stay informed on both local and global trends and offering valuable insight to your clients. Do regular client visits to gather feedback on our products and services enabling us to continuously enhance our offerings. This is a hybrid role, which will require you to work from the office 2-3 days a week (determined by the leadership team) you will also be required to travel to our clients in the SSA region. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: A minimum of 15 years experience in a similar role with similar sales experience in the mobile, software, hardware of technology services industry. Proven record in business development in the SSA region. Proven experience in planning, negotiating and closing complex deals. Payments or financial services experience required. Possesses the ability to work in a complex environment and to persuade senior management. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Ability to execute large group presentations and possesses strong written and oral communication skills. A bachelor`s degree is required in a relevant field. Must be able to and have the confidence to present proposals and solutions on an executive level. Strong leadership and problem solving skills. APPLY NOW
