Junior Internet Helpdesk Support – Edgemead – R14 500 (Depending on experience) Do you have a minimum of 2 years internet support experience and is familiar with Radius Manager, Mikrotik and Ubiquiti, then my client would like to meet you.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 year in internet support role Familiarity with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti Software & Hardware Proficiency in Radius Manager Software Basic internet support and telephonic troubleshooting skills Fluency in English & Afrikaans Additional Criteria: Ability to work under pressure 8 am to 5 pm availability (own transportation required) Must be available for after-hours support Please refrain from applying if you do not meet the specified criteria.
