Job Summary
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to thoroughly evaluate the functionality and performance of products/services.
- Identify and document software defects and track them through to resolution using issue tracking systems.
- Collaborate with Developers and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure that testing efforts align with project timelines and goals.
- Perform Regression Testing to verify that software changes and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality.
- Conduct Usability Testing to assess the user experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in release planning and review meetings to provide input on product quality and readiness for deployment.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
- Provide clear and detailed reports on testing results and communicate any potential risks or concerns to project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Perform Manual Testing.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role in Software Development.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Experience with Automated Testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone to enhance the positive company culture with a high emphasis on morals, values and diversity.
- Preferably someone with a passion for/experience in the Agriculture and /or Logistics & Technology industries.
- A go-getter that can grow with the company.
