Job Summary
An exciting opportunity exists for a Relationship and Business Development Manager to join a UK based group of companies within the Fintech industry. This is a remote working opportunity, and the company will provide training and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a B2B environment in the financial services sector. Experience within Foreign Exchange (FX) and related derivatives is highly advantageous, and a proven track record in a similar role is required.
This role will suit an individual with a keen eye for detail, solid technical abilities, can do attitude, and pro-active inclination.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications for Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development Roles in Fintech
Experience in Financial Services:
- Leverage extensive experience in the financial services industry to understand market dynamics and client needs.
Knowledge of Financial Products:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of financial service products to effectively address client requirements and position solutions.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels to expand the customer base.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored fintech solutions.
Sales Strategy Development:

Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience in FX: Having experience in foreign exchange (FX) is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.
- Clear Verbal and Written Communicator: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively engaging clients and internal teams.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Self-Starter with Strong Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showing initiative and a strong drive to achieve targets.
