Responsibilities:
Customer ServiceAssist customers with their purchasing decisions and product information.Make customers feel welcome by always being friendly and polite.Inform customers of specialsAnswer and attend to customer queries and complaintsCash register and purchase managementProcess purchases correctlyProcess daily-cash upsInventory control and Stock Management:Monitoring and counting stock to ensure first stock in is first stock out.Confirm that stock received from suppliers is correct and all paperwork is completed.Handle product returns according to our procedures.Make sure that merchandise displays are meticulously organised at all times.Minimum
Requirements:
Previous experience in the pet industry is a must.Willing to work retail hoursExcellent customer service and sales skillsPositive attitudeAttention to detailGreat communication and organizational skillsSubmit your CV to Canine & Co
