Job Summary
Financial Planning and Strategy : Developing and implementing the organization`s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes to support growth, profitability, and cash flow objectives. Assessing and managing financial risks and opportunities, including capital structure decisions and investment strategies. Financial Reporting and Analysis : Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Analyzing financial data and performance metrics to provide insights to executive management and stakeholders. Monitoring key financial metrics and performance indicators to track progress against goals and targets. Capital Management : Managing capital allocation processes, including evaluating and prioritizing investments, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Optimizing the organization`s capital structure and financing options to support strategic initiatives and business operations. Risk Management : Identifying, assessing, and managing financial risks across the organization, including operational, market, and credit risks. Implementing internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulations. Treasury and Cash Management : Overseeing cash flow planning and forecasting to ensure availability of funds for operational needs and strategic investments. Managing relationships with financial institutions and optimizing banking arrangements to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Strategic Leadership and Decision Support : Providing strategic financial leadership and advice to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors. Participating in strategic planning, business development, and corporate strategy formulation. Evaluating the financial impact of strategic decisions and initiatives and providing recommendations.
