Job Summary
Our client is currently seeking a talented and experienced AEI Engineer to join our team in Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering and a thorough understanding of AEI processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement AEI systems and solutions
- Conduct system integration and testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to AEI systems
- Provide training and support to internal teams and external clients
- Collaborate with other engineering and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of AEI systems
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in AEI technology
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diploma or bachelors degree in electrical/ Electronic Engineer
- B-Tech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Advantage)
- Siemens S7 Pro 1&2 (Must)
- Siemens PCS 7 (Must)
- Siemens TIA Portal
- Siemens VSD/Soft Starter – Advanced Knowledge.
- OSIsoft Experience
- Low Voltage switchgear fundamentals
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Instrumentation & Control Engineering and Maintenance in FMCG Environment.
- Working experience in the soya and sunflower crush plant (Wish)
- Working experience in silos/edible oil extraction plant (Wish)
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and SAP
- Knowledge of design codes and Industry standards
