Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Assist in ensuring the effective professional management of the daily operation of the Spa Department Manage good staff/colleagues relationships within the department Assist with training and development Carry out department inspections and report findings to the Spa Manager Ensure the treatment desk is covered at all times Distribute workload evenly Ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times within the department Attend to all complaints Ensure staff are wearing protective clothing where necessary Stock control and orders of consumables Daily room checks Rostering of Spa Therapist Cashing up duties Understand schedule booking system Update checklists according to operations Process and pack online orders and co-ordinate couriers Update online stock Process and pack in-house orders Candidate
Requirements:
2 – 3 years experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist essential Experience in a managerial role and people management is essential Computer literate with competence in Microsoft Office Relevant qualification in aesthetics ie. Masters Diploma in Aesthetician; ITEC; CIDESCO or SAAHSP Passionate about healing & wellness Fluent in English Well groomed Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Knowledge of all treatment procedures and products
