INTERNATIONAL RECRUITER & BRAND AMBASSADOR – Health & Skin Care industry
STELLENBOSCH – Western Cape – South Africa
START: 01 August 2024
REPORT TO: Sales & Marketing Manager
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Thursday 07:45am – 16:30
- Friday 08:00 – 16:00
- Occasional Saturday for a special event – as per operational requirement only
COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS:
- Market Related Salary

- Company vehicle for traveling outside of employment
SCOPE OF THE JOB:
This role entail a lot of traveling away from home for several days on end – thus our successful incumbent must be comfortable traveling and working remotely from Hotels or guest houses
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver license & own, reliable vehicle
- Confidence speaking to large groups of people
- Sales and goal driven
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric Certificate
- Applicable Diploma in Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology OR Dermal Aesthetics
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
- Qualification in Sales or Marketing – BONUS
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 5+ years post graduation experience in the beauty industry
- Sales driven
- Recruitment OR and Sales experience for at least 3+ years
- Business savvy with confidence working remotely on a computer
- Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required as you will be traveling
- Ability to work remote
- Able to travel to other provinces when operationally required (at company`s expense)
- Able to build rapport with students and industry professionals
