Job Summary

Responsibilities:
– Assist in creating visually appealing graphics for various projects, including digital ads, social media content, presentations, and print materials (e.g., brochures, posters) – Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives – Support the design team in executing visual concepts and maintaining brand consistency – Amend designs based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure high quality and effective communication – Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production – Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects – Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative idea generation – Assist in organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries
Requirements:
– Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) – Proven experience (internship or freelance) as a Junior Graphic Designer or similar role – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills – Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles – Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines – Strong communication and teamwork skills – Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: – Experience with motion graphics and video editing software – Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS
