Job Summary
Our client are seeking a highly motivated Wealth Analyst to join our team of financial professionals. You`ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, conduct portfolio reviews, and present financial performance updates. Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals tailored to clients` unique financial needs and goals. Meeting Support: Attend client meetings alongside Wealth Managers, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items. Communication: Prepare insightful meeting recaps and reports, highlighting key takeaways and next steps. Financial Expertise: Stay up-to-date on financial products, strategies, and risk management solutions. Wealth Manager Support: Provide comprehensive support to Wealth Managers, including meeting preparation, research, and report drafting. Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. Client Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Administrative Support: Manage CRM data, coordinate with third-party providers, and handle client requests. Education & Experience: Bachelor`s degree in finance or a related field. 5 years of experience in wealth management. CFP/CFA designation preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bloomberg, and/or Morningstar. Technical Competencies: Impeccable attention to detail. Exceptional project management skills. Proactive and solution-oriented approach. Deep understanding of financial planning concepts. Behaviors: Collaborative team player. Client-focused mindset. Strong work ethic. A passion for delivering exceptional results.
