Job Summary
Duties include Manage and maintain accurate stock sheets Receipt and inspection of new vehicles from carriers and dealers Update stock records ensuring accuracy for sales team Conduct regular stock and key takes Ensure compliance with the company and industry standards Stock Floorplan management (incudes consolidating accounts, reconciling between general ledger and statement) Ensure stock is correct on the floorplan Key management Create PDI, sublet orders Timeous follow through on outstanding orders Process invoices Ensure all costs are processed before invoicing Maintain accurate deal files Filing Liaise with dealer network regarding stock (retail and purchasing) Vehicle debtors and allocation
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) Min of 2 3 years Vehicle stock book and administration roles within a franchise dealership Work well under pressure Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities PC literate with MS Office Suite experience Kerridge experience is a MUST If your current experience and skillsets tick majority of the job specification boxes, then: Apply directly now Send your CV to
