A well-established Conveyancing practice satellite office located 45km outside of George along the Garden Route/Western Cape.
Job Description
Our client, a well-established conveyancing firm with Head Office in Gauteng, and a satellite office 45km outside of George requires a fully admitted and experienced Conveyancer mainly to manage normal estate agency residential transfers for local and internationally located clients. The firm has a lot of instructions, so it is not required that this person would need to bring in their own business/clients, but it is an advantage if you are able to do so. More complex development transfers and bonds are normally handled by head office but if you are capable and experienced in these areas, it is advantageous. This role will have a well-experienced Conveyancing Secretary. Standard Conveyancer duties and responsibilities will apply.
Qualifications
LLB Degree. Attorney and Conveyancer Admission Certificates.
Skills
Candidate should ideally already reside along the garden route near George, Mosselbay, Hartenbos and surrounds. This role is an in office role – office is shared with an Estate Agency in the area. Ideally able to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans. Own Transport and Valid Driver`s License. Minimum 2 years Post Admission Experience as a Conveyancer required.
Salary / Package
R20,000-R30,000 CTC per month commensurate with level of experience
