Job Summary
Our client is a trend setting Car Rental Company and they are looking for the cream of the crop. They need a Senior Car Rental Agent for their Airport Branch. You will be responsible for handling corporate rentals from end to end – including bookings, breakdowns, admin, payouts, and everything in between. We need someone who embodies warmth, friendliness, and utmost professionalism, capable of quick thinking and treating every customer as a priority. Confidence, a willingness to exceed expectations, immaculate presentation, excellent English language skills, computer literacy, and a valid drivers license are essential. Previous experience in car rental is highly advantageous, we will look at candidates that have a background catering to corporate clients in the hospitality or upmarket retail industry.
Working hours are: 7am to 3pm and 2pm to 9pm – alternate weeks/ weekends and public holidays.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 2 years of customer facing sales experience (must have dealt with corporate clientele)
Excellent planning and administration skills
An excellent command of the English Language
An extremely professional demeanour
Well groomed and presented
Good computer skills (Excel)

Stable work history
You will need the following documents to apply.
