Job Summary
Cape Town – Western Cape
- Create a communication plan and deliver on that plan- this will include newsletters, Viva Engage postings, SharePoint documentation and presentations.
- Design and document OKRs for the Technology Enablement Workstreams and report/manage against those OKRs. Spend time using CoPilot together with Microsoft Tools like Loop and Teams, AI Tools and Low Code platforms like Microsoft Power Suite (Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps).
- Run Bite Size learning sessions and small group sessions to train/demonstrate the uses of above tools.
- Work alongside a number of people in IT and across different business areas to get feedback and help provide structure to the workstream tasks.
- Technical Curiosity – Spend time reading articles and keeping abreast of developments in AI and Technology Enablement tools.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- PowerPoint and other visual tools.
- Strong communication skills and an understanding of different mediums for communication.
- Understanding or interest in AI and Microsofts development of their various Low code/Tech Enablement tools.
- The ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
- High conviction and be comfortable sharing opinions.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and assimilate information.
- The ability to approach and own and continuously looks for opportunities to develop.
