Job Summary
Bachelor`s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field- (preferred). Minimum of years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a multi-property or upscale hospitality environment. Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic branding, marketing, and event initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand identity. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization. Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and quality assurance. Experience with event planning and management, including conceptualization, logistics, and execution. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in food and beverage management and hospitality.
