Job Summary
Job Description Overview: We are recruiting for an HR Generalist to join our team. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding and terminations, policy implementation, employment law compliance, payroll preparations, excessive leave monitoring and management, disciplinary procedures, etc. Minimum Requirements : Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA. HR Qualification (Diploma minimum requirement). Clear criminal and ITC records. Minimum 5 years working experience in the HR field. Strong Labour Law knowledge. Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Valid Drivers Licence. Strong attention to detail. Display a sense of urgency. Ability to work under pressure. Trustworthy and place extreme importance on confidentiality. NB: Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
