Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Lead the product analytics function, providing guidance and mentorship to a team of product analysts. Conduct thorough analysis of user data, product metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and drive strategic decisions. Collaborate with product managers to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals. Utilize advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast product trends and user behavior. Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of product changes. Prepare and present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product analytics and data science.
Requirements:
Bachelorâ??s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT Management or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Expertise in statistical analysis and experimental design. Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude). Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
