Job Summary

Key

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and consultancy to clients using Altair’s electronic systems tools.
• Conduct demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on the optimal use of Altair products.
• Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and assist in the implementation of software solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met with innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in electronic engineering and Altair software.
• Working with tools such as, FEKO, PSIM, ALTAIR TWIN ACTIVE, Composer, POLLEx and many more.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Strong foundation in electronic systems and familiarity with simulation software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly and concisely.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and skills development.
• Proficiency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
