Job Summary
Group Payroll & HR Administrator – Illovo. R280 000 to R320 000 per annum. Superb role for an experienced Payroll and HR Administrator with a Matric (essential), a relevant Payroll or HR Qualification will be advantageous and 3 to 5 years of working experience in payroll and knowledge of Document Management Systems is essential. An understanding of payroll processes is essential as well as basic knowledge of payroll related legislation which includes BCEA, UIF, Medical Aid and Pension Fund Regulations is essential. Be responsible for collecting, compiling, and distributing employee payroll data for 18 different companies, in 8 different African countries.
