Customer service processing orders, handling all correspondence, sell products/services, processing goods returned, handling customer queries, etc General assistance counting stock, assisting in warehouse, etc Necessary skills/qualification: Grade 12 Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel) Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English) Excellent telephonic skills Excellent customer service skills SAP working knowledge 3 years experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment Preferred skills: Experience with irrigation products Key Competencies: Good mathematical/numeracy skills Practical attitude Independence Communication skills Energetic and dynamic Employment conditions: Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08h00-17h00, and Friday 08h00-16h00.
