Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Clerk to join our team in Gauteng. As a Telesales Clerk, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products. You will also be responsible for keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Requirements:
* Matric or Grade 12 / NQF 4 learning ability
* Added advantage is a relevant qualification
* 1 – 3 years of work experience in call centre or a similar environment
Responsibilities:
* Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
* Keep up to date on all products and inform customers of new products
* Answer customers` questions on products and meet sales quotas
* Develop a sales script to engage with customers
* Build rapport with prospects and maintain effective communication
* Identify customer needs, present product/service benefits, handle objections, and close sales
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
* Seek referrals or repeat business
* Organisation and preparation
