Job Summary
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Experience in SIZA, Global GAP
- Supervisory experience
- Fully computer literate with advanced skills in report writing and data capturing
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
- Planning and organising
- Monitoring and supervision
- Proven MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Strong administrative capabilities
- Able to handle sensitive or confidential information
- Great teamworking abilities and leadership skills
- Critical thinker and good at problem solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to focus on detail
- Must be able to work under pressure
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Responsible for all accreditations – SIZA Social SIZA Environmental, Global gap, LEAF, Tesco Nature, Spring, Albert Heijn
- Capturing of compliance related documents and procedures, as well as generating reports for feedback to Manager
- Conducts internal audits and ensure that non-conformances are raised and followed up. Ensuring all employees receive relevant training so that the business remains compliant. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.
- DALRRD export markets registration& verifications, removal permits, orchards inspections Ensuring good communication on all levels (upwards and downwards) to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Coordination of compliance audit schedules.
