Job Summary
2x Front Desk Coordinator/ back-up Beauty Therapist needed in Limpopo-Hoedspruit
- 1–3-year Beauty Therapist qualification Advantageous
- MUST have previous experience in a Spa Administrative Role
- MUST be formally qualified to perform Massages.
- Beauty Treatments in addition to Massages an advantage
- MUST be well-groomed, poised, and confident to interact with guests and staff alike in a mature and professional manner
- MUST be Computer Literate and confident working on Spa POS Software and Excel
- Experience in ChiDesk or ESP is an advantage
- MUST have reliable Transport or reside within a 30km radius of Spa if using public transportation.
- MUST be willing to work Hospitality Hours & Shifts.
POSITION DETAILS:
Additional Employee Benefits:
- Staff Meals (one meal per shift served at the hotel staff canteen)
- Pension Fund (mandatory for all employees, fund is managed by Alexander Forbes) 6% company + 6% employee contribution in ratio with your salary)
- Medical Aid Contribution (Not mandatory, but if you choose the fund is managed by Discovery Health, highest plan Classic Saver) 5% company + 5% employee contribution in ratio with your salary. Only the employee is covered by the plan, no family.

PLEASE NOTE: All positions are LIVE-OUT, NO ACCOMMODATION included in the appointment package.
OPERATING HOURS:
- Daily from 08:00 – 20:00*, including Public Holidays
*Subject to change based on operational needs
- Working shifts of 45hrs per week.
