Job Description
One of our clients is looking for a Service Operations Manager to join their Team.
- You will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Organization`s Hardware Service portfolio to all customers and Channel Partners
- Management of hardware service portfolio
- Management of Customer SLA
- Day to day management of all service assets related to the delivery of the Organization`s Services
- Change planning and management
- KPI planning and monitoring
- Monthly Reporting on hardware issues
- Customer SLA`s and Partner engagements
- Managing the organizations Service Management systems
- Managing the Product Support Team
- Management of Hardware Training and monthly reporting thereof
Qualifications
- Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Management qualification (NQF6 or equivalent)
- Service management specialist certification – IT services (ITIL)
Skills
- Must have 10 years` experience in Document Solutions Industry
- Must have 5 years management experience
- Must have In depth knowledge of print management market and imaging technologies
- Experience of the Office Automation (OA) Technologies
- Experience managing Print Software and ECM operations management
Salary / Package
R600 – R650K CTC PA
