Job Summary
TAX AND PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR, PRETORIA, R25 000 R28 000 Negotiable Our Client, a well established Firm of Auditors and Accountants, located in Irene, Centurion, currently holds a vacancy for a Payroll and Tax Administrator. The suitable candidate will hold the following experience in Payroll AND Tax:PAYROLL:Registration of WCA, PAYE UIF and SDL Calculate and run the Payroll for multiple companies Overseeing of VIP processing and payslips completed by clerks in training Complete and submit the EMP201s Load all EMP payments Assisting trainees with any payroll queries Mentoring trainees relating to payroll Providing the necessary training to trainees with regards to payroll and the payroll system Manage the effective use of the VIP system Assist IT with payroll system updates as well as the rollover process for the new year Complete and submit the Return of Earnings end of March/ April Complete and submit EMP501s end May and October Check and submit EMP501s end of May and October, completed by audit department andTAX: Completion and submission of tax returns for all entities (companies, trusts, close corporations) and individuals, as required; Review of assessments as issued by SARS to confirm accuracy or to identify need for a dispute and the timeous communication of the beforementioned to related managers; Sending of assessment letters to clients on a daily basis; Prepare client billings within the monthly deadlines set; Assisting Partners, Managers & clerks with any tax related matters; Attend to requests from SARS on queries relating to clients; Correspond with clients in order to obtain information to attend to relevant tasks and address queries; Comply with all internal deadlines set; Administration, preparation and submission of registration and de-registration documentation to SARS;TO APPLY, EMAIL YOUR CV IN A MS WORD DOCUMENT TO: LRC Recruitment
