Job Summary
I have an excellent opportunity for an experience Group Tax Manager providing essential support to the Group Tax Executive. Oversee and manage tax affairs for individual companies in the assigned region. Offer advice, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and meticulously reviewing the work undertaken by the Regional team for accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Accounting for taxes and related party transactions Tax compliance and audits Transfer pricing Legislation Corporate activities affecting your region Review all opinions that are issued by the Tax Specialist Collaboration across functions and business units Tax policy and tax risk management Actively coaching and mentoring direct reports and the broader staff
Requirements:
B.Com Hons (Taxation) or B.Com plus a Higher Diploma in Tax Master`s in international Tax or similar qualification an advantage 8 years tax experience, 2 within management Effective management of projects, the ability to meet all deadlines and the ability to effectively manage the implementation of proposals/acquisitions Strong opinion writing skills Ability to understand and interpret the impact of tax law changes on the business Please note if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks from application, please consider yourself unsuccessful – please do continue to follow us online and apply for suitable roles
