Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Training Officer to join our client`s team in Pretoria. The Training Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to ensure our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of employees.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement training programs that align with the organization`s goals and objectives
– Identify training needs within the organization and develop strategies to address them
– Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
– Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to ensure training programs meet the needs of their teams
– Lead training sessions for employees on a variety of topics, including new hire orientation, leadership development, and skills training
– Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development
– Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to managers on areas where additional training may be needed
– Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes

Reuqirements:

– Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Proven experience as a Training Officer or similar role

– Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and learning management systems
