Job Summary
BREAKFAST CHEF / CDP : Five-Star Boutique Hotel (Stellenbosch Wine Estate) We are seeking an experienced BREAKFAST CHEF / CDP to join a 5-star Boutique Hotel situated on one of South Africas oldest working farms. We are looking for a chef with a strong operational background, a well-rounded culinary skill-set, previous hotel experience will be beneficial. Quality driven, stable, focused and able to perform under pressure. Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license is essential. Applicants already residing in the Winelands region will receive preference. The position will mostly be responsible for executing breakfast service and will assist the main brigade with operational duties as required. Position
Requirements:
A Diploma in Professional Cookery National Senior Certificate A minimum of 3 years experience in all kitchen sections Excellent communication skills, on all levels Exceptional work ethic Passionate about the hospitality industry Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays Remuneration: R12 000 R15 000 Basic Start Date: Priority position
